Career
Joe graduated from the University of Rhode Island and acquired a B.A. in Communications Studies in May 2002. He joined BankNewport in 2005 as a member of the Marketing department. In 2007 he joined the Bank’s Management Trainee Program in the Retail Banking Division. In four years he has proven to be a knowledgeable and proficient banker, and has been elevated to the Branch Manager of the North Kingstown office. He has assisted in the growth and development of four branch offices across Rhode Island, with two located in South County.

Community
Joe began his community service at a young age as a volunteer with the Challengers Baseball League assisting children with a wide range of disabilities play the game of baseball. He then became a Special Olympics volunteer for 12 years. He served on the Board of the Easter Seals of Rhode Island. He is an Ambassador for the North Kingstown Chamber of Commerce, Board of Directors for Wickford Heels and Wheels, and supporter of Wickford Festival of Lights.

Joe is married and has two children, ages 2 and 5.
