This June, StyleWeek Northeast returns to Providence's scenic Capital Grille patio, bringing a vibrant display of high fashion. Now in its 26th season, this esteemed fashion event promises an evening filled with creativity, diversity, and, of course, style, featuring a stellar lineup of five established designers.

Founder Rosanna Ortiz shares her vision for the season, emphasizing that StyleWeek is more than just a showcase of trends: "It’s is a celebration of creativity, diversity, and the dynamic spirit of the fashion world," she explains. "We're preparing to ignite the runway with innovation, empower our talented designers, and captivate fashion enthusiasts nationwide. Get ready for an evening of stunning collections and breathtaking performances."

The festivities will commence with a cocktail hour, providing an opportunity for guests to mingle, shop from various vendors, and enjoy delectable appetizers. The fashion shows will kick off with Rhode Island's own Kent Stetson, renowned for his handmade handbags. Following him is Chicago's Peach Carr, a self-taught designer who gained fame through Project Runway.

After a brief intermission, the spotlight will shine on Boston-based designer Tatyana Ayriyan, whose work is influenced by her background of being exposed to Central Asian, Eastern European, and Russian cultures. Rhode Island's Amy Page DeBlasio, also known as APD, will then showcase her wearable art pieces, proudly representing her woman-owned business.

The grand finale will feature Melina Cortes-Nmili of Lalla Bee, known for her luxurious and sophisticated dress designs, ensuring the night ends on a glamorous note. Adding to the evening's allure, Ballet RI will perform a captivating piece that seamlessly blends dance and fashion.

Kathleen Breen Combes, director of Ballet RI, expresses her excitement about the collaboration, stating, "Working alongside StyleWeek allows us to merge fashion and ballet, showcasing both art forms in a unique way that will undoubtedly leave a lasting impact on our audience."
