El Fuego This quesadilla had a nice helping of tender, thinly sliced steak in-between the crispy quesadillas that offered a nice crunch. The salsa that is served alongside offered a refreshing kick to really complement the overall flavor. El Tapatio The shredded chicken in this classic variation really shone through the ac- coutrements that can sometimes overwhelm a quesadilla. Tio Mateos Mexican Grill Veggies abounded in this quesadilla. A crisp medley of peppers, zucchini, onions, corn and tomatoes were overflowing in quantity and flavor. There was a lingering heat from the zesty peppers that really brought a great punch to the veggies alongside the blend of cheddar jack cheeses.
