This year, Elyse Paré and Geza Tanner of Graze on Main have designed Valentine’s Day charcuterie boards with love in mind. Knowing opposites attract, their curated platters contain a perfect harmony of sweet and savory. Indulge in ribbons of Prosciutto di Parma, heart-shaped slices of sweet soppressata, a wedge of double creme brie adorned with honeycomb, and an Artigiano Vino Rosso (a wine-soaked cheddar/parmesan blend). Rounding out the sweet side, you’ll find fresh figs, grapes, and strawberries accompanying a mini jar of Nutella for schmearing, along with decadent European chocolates and Dutch Stroopwafel cookies filled with gooey caramel.

Either select a platter that’s been beautifully assembled for you or choose to make it an event by building the board yourself, following the “Charcuterie Map” that accompanies every DIY kit – or laying out the ingredients in any order your hearts desire.
