Join the RI Hospitality Association (RIHA) for a ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Full-Certification Training class on Tuesday, February 12th at the New England Institute of Technology’s Phillip G. Parsons Lecture Hall. This new, one-day course meets current Rhode Island Department of Health training requirements for food licenses. Topics addressed include:
● Proper personal hygiene
● Cross contamination prevention
● Time and temperature controls
● Cleaning and sanitizing
● Allergen training
Private Food Handler Training is also available. Food Handler Training should not be mistaken for Food Safety Manager Certification.
