The selection at Pho Horn’s is diverse and affordable, with lunch specials starting at $6.95. Pho Bo (Beef Noodle Soup), referred to as pho by loyalists, is the house specialty. The aromatic beef broth, seasoned with scallions, onion and cilantro, has the perfect balance of flavors and spices. Eleven different types of pho are available on the extensive menu, and customers can choose from a rice noodle (pho) or yellow noodle (mi). Other specialties include fried noodles entrees, spring and summer rolls, steamed vermicelli (bang hoi) and a delicious variety of chicken, pork, beef, seafood and vegetarian dishes. Most items on the menu are cooked to order, and the level of spiciness can be adjusted upon request.
