Peg Fradette has been serving as the Executive Director of the NARRAGANSETT CHAMBER OF COMMERCE for just over a year. With a solid track record in leadership, sales, marketing and business development with start-ups and turnarounds in the medical device space, the role has been a natural fit for the Narragansett resident.
