How to Make a Clam Cake
Baking cakes at Iggy's Doughboys
Combine clam juice, clams, and Iggy’s clam cake mix (can be bought in store). Add a little bit of salt and pepper and some water.
Mix by hand until the flour is mixed thoroughly (but don’t
over mix!). Let sit for ten minutes for clams to rise.
Scoop out and put it into the fryolator at 310 degrees for about seven minutes, or until desired golden brown.
Serve, with or without chowder. Wait, who are we kidding?
