The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is always exciting at Casa Della Luce. Their expert staff prepares an eclectic array of pastas and other Italian cuisine every day in their live action kitchen. It's a comfortable, casual environment nestled in Westerly, a town with Italian food to rival anything found on Providence's Federal Hill.

Guests at "the casa" can choose from a huge selection ranging from local favorites to rustic Italian – sometimes they even combine the two. Take, for example, the Spinach Stuffies: the traditional Rhode Island stuffed quahog is given a bit of Italian flair by stuffing it with spinach, bacon and a hint of Sambuca. There is a wealth of pasta made fresh daily in all the classic preparations, including Baked Lasagna, Baked Gnocchi and Seafood Ravioli.

Casa Della Luce is also a gourmet pizzeria, serving up hearty 16" New York style thin crust fresh from the oven. You can build your own, or choose from one of their signature creations like the White Clam (garlic oil, oregano, crushed red pepper, clams and parmesan) or the Soupy Pizza. No, it's not a combination of soup and pizza – it's topped with "soupy" (Westerly's distinct variation of Italian sopresatta pork sausage), onions, garlic, oregano and a provolone/mozzarella blend.

Whether you're looking for some quick take-out, or want to settle in and enjoy a meal in the dining room over beer or wine, Casa Della Luce is the place to go.

Can't-Miss Dish: Truffled Steak (pictured above): a petite filet with sauteed mushrooms and oven roasted tomatoes in a demi-mascarpone cream sauce with a hint of white truffle oil. Served over pappardelle.
