Summer Early Evening Tour with Tea at Historic Governor Sprague Mansion

Participate in Cranston Historical Society’s 2nd Summer Sprague Mansion Early Evening Tour with Tea. Enjoy a relaxing evening tour with tea of the evening in the historic Sprague Mansion & Ballroom. Sample Queen Victoria’s favorite cake ~ it is still served at the Royal Palace today. Guests will view a brief introduction to the history of the Sprague Family and A&W Sprague Textile Manufacturing Co. Not only will guests tour the Sprague Mansion, they will have an opportunity to visit the Sprague Carriage House (weather permitting).

The Tour with Tea program is designed to be a small, intimate gathering. Remember seating is limited. Call 944-9226 to reserve your place. Tickets are $15. Send checks payable by August 12 to Cranston Historical Society, 1351 Cranston St., Cranston 02920. After August 12, call to inquire if seating is available. Parking in rear. Handicap access 1st floor, enter at back ramp entrance.
