Spring into Weekend Fun

Now–April 1: Celebrate Rhode Island's favorite clam during Quahog Week, with events and special menus at select restaurants across the state. 

Now–March 31: Work up an appetite for the last weekend of Spring at Narragansett Restaurant Week and enjoy great deals at tasty restaurants through the end of the month. 

March 30–31: Enjoy a Children’s Easter Tea at Ocean House in Watch Hill, with a special guest from Disney’s Tangled as well as mini sandwiches, petit fours, and a storybook reading.

March 31: Celebrate a tribute to Rosa Parks with the Rosa Parks House Project at the Waterfire Arts Center, featuring a concert and panel discussions. 

March 31: Hop on down to the Easter Egg Hunt at Castle Hill Inn, where one lucky winner can find the Golden Egg containing a voucher for a complimentary one-night stay at Castle Hill Inn. When the hunt is completed guests are invited to sit for lunch service. All proceeds benefit the Newport Child and Family Services. Reservations required

March 31: Have two holiday favorites with the Easter Egg Hunt and Brunch at Newport's Rosecliff Mansion, complete with candy-filled eggs on the oceanfront lawn, a photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny, and brunch inside Rosecliff. 

March 31: Bring the whole family on down to Casey Farm in Saunderstown for the 12th annual egg hunt and have fun exploring the farm, playing farm games, and making Easter crafts. 

April 1: Get ready for the 8th Annual Easter Egg Roll & Hunt at Ocean House in Watch Hill, complete with picture opportunities with the Easter Bunny.

April 1: Enjoy Easter at the Dunk with thousands of hidden Easter Eggs, face painting stations, cotton candy, inflatable bounce houses, children’s music/story time, an appearance of Elsa and Anna, and a photo booth to take pictures with the Easter Bunny.

April 1: Celebrate the Gateway to Spring at Blithewold Mansion as they unfurl their daffodil display, covering the 33-acre seaside estate with over 50,000 daffodils that delight visitors for nearly a month.
