North Is Checking in at the Dean Hotel

North’s five-year tenure in West Side’s Luongo Square has come to an end. But don’t panic – it’s relocating to the Dean Hotel in the space once occupied by German eatery Faust. Though saying goodbye to Faust wasn’t easy for us, the new location offers a much roomier setup for North, accommodating a larger crowd and reducing wait time for eager diners. According to North owner and chef James Mark, the menu will remain largely the same to begin, but over time may be adapted to suit the new space. As it evolves, there is no doubt diners will continue to see the same inspired dishes and amazing flavors they’ve come to expect at North. Mark also hinted that there’s even more to look forward to: he will be keeping North’s old space and re-concepting it later this year or in early 2018.
