NRPA’s 47th Annual Meeting Highlights 25 Years of Narrow River Water Monitoring

All are welcome to Narrow River Preservation Association’s Annual Meeting featuring a presentation on 25 years of NRPA’s Narrow River volunteer water monitoring program. NRPA Board Members Dr. Veronica Berounsky and Annette DeSilva will present an overview of the data and findings. If you are concerned about the health of the river and have ever wondered “Has the health of the river changed over years?” we encourage you to attend the meeting.

Updates on issues affecting the Narrow River will also be provided, NRPA will present W.E.R. La Farge Memorial Friend of the River Award, and 2017 kayak raffle winner will be drawn.

7:00 p.m. Reception with refreshments and displays from organizations within the Narrow River Watershed, 7:30 p.m. Meeting, at Coastal Institute Auditorium, URI Narragansett Bay Campus, South Ferry Road, Narragansett, RI.
