Lives in Westerly
Nancy is responsible for the development of the Matrix market in RI, MA, and most of CT. She is professional, passionate and driven to help salon professionals achieve their goals and develop their craft. With an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, Nancy continues to exceed company standards and was the top producer in the nation for company growth at 20%+ for the month of February 2012. Nancy mentors and develops 14 part-time educators, 12 stores, 12 sales consultants, and hundreds of salons.
Nancy is an avid cyclist and runner for the past six years, participating with the Mystic Velos cycling team in 2009 and 2010. After a tragic cycling accident in 2008, she rose above the tragedy and partnered with local communities in RI and parts of CT to educate children and families on the importance of helmet and bike safety. She raised thousands of dollars and donated over 1,000 helmets to children in need. She established HABS (Helmet Awareness & Bicycle Safety), a non-profit organization, and works with local police and elementary schools to participate in child safety events, educating children and families on the importance of wearing a helmet. Nancy also volunteers her time to the Greater Westerly-Pawcatuck Area Chamber of Commerce, including the Pawcatuck River Duck Race, Brews and Blues, and Treasure Chest Raffle. Nancy is a Westerly Lions Club member.
Nancy is a mother of three beautiful daughters, Emily, Lilly, and Mackenzie McBride. She continues to be a true optimist in all areas of life.
