Mary O’Sullivan coaches for that "a-ha" moment

Posted

Warmer weather has officially settled in and the preferential shift in seasons has us itching for some serious renewal. With help from accomplished change agent and professional coach Mary O’ Sullivan, a better, more self-aware version of yourself is one coaching session away.

Equipped with a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and multiple years of experience, Mary felt urged to assist individuals who faced challenges posed by the workplace environment. Questioning her contribution to society, Mary established a rewarding practice, Encore Executive Coaching, to help clients from all walks of life discover unique personal solutions.

Executive coaching, in comparison to online or book resources, is “as much of an art as a science.” A more intimate experience, coaching provides a safe, confidential atmosphere that welcomes the unspoken communication of facial expressions and body language.

In addition, group coaching with up to six individuals covers a number of topics including mindful weight loss, step-parenting and blended family coaching to move individuals into new ways of thinking. This unique structure empowers clients to reach achievable goals in a six-week time frame.

What is most rewarding about Mary’s work? The a-ha moment a client experiences when a certain revelation takes place. “The confidence and relief they express is truly a joyful occasion for both coach and client, and when that moment takes place, it’s a time for celebration.”
