Providence Public Library (PPL) is pleased to announce the launch of the PPL Friends Committee with a kick-off benefit from 5 – 9 pm on Tuesday, April 9 at Flatbread Company, 161 Cushing Street, Providence.
The PPL Friends Committee is a group of volunteers dedicated to supporting the Library's work and mission through community ambassadorship/outreach, volunteer recruitment, signature events, and fundraising support. PPL invites everyone to join us for a night of delicious pizza and library love at Flatbread Company as we introduce PPL Friends to the Providence community!
Not only will you get to meet fellow library lovers and enjoy all of the deliciousness Flatbread has to offer, but you'll be supporting the Library, too! A portion of Flatbread's sales during this event will be donated to PPL at the end of the night.
