What: George’s will be featuring a four-course prix-fixe menu on Valentine’s Day for $40 per person. Menu items include Local Wild Oysters on the half-shell with ginger-lime relish; Green Mango and Cashew Salad with crisp greens, avocado, prawns with lemongrass vinaigrette; Char grilled Bone-in Pork Chop with dried cranberry and port reduction sauce; and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries with caramel whip cream. Complimentary champagne and a red rose will be included too.
