Providence Public Library presents its second annual Savor the Story, an extraordinary wine and fine dining event featuring Rob Sinskey of Robert Sinskey Vineyards and Russell Morin’s Fine Catering with Guest Chef Maria Helm Sinskey.
From soil to the table: the story of wine and cuisine
The story of how wine is made is as important as the wine itself. This is a guiding principle of Robert Sinskey Vineyards, resulting in the craft of winemaking that begins with the care of the soil and ends as open bottle of wine on the table. With the goal of making “pure wines that pair well with cuisine,” Rob Sinskey creates organic subtle fine wines of balance, finesse and elegance. When he met his future wife, more than 25 years ago, it wasn’t a surprise that he fell in love with a highly acclaimed chef of one of San Francisco’s award-winning PlumpJack Cafe. As one of America’s most celebrated chefs and cookbook authors, culinary star Maria Helm Sinskey is the force behind the acclaimed food and kitchen of Robert Sinskey Vineyards.
Join us at Providence Public Library as we savor the stories, fine wines, and incredible cuisine of Robert Sinskey Vineyards, Chef Maria Helm Sinskey, and Russell Morin’s Fine Catering.
